Cookie Wreck

We asked Los Angeles based Photographer, Bentley Rolling to give us his thoughts on White Buffalo. Read his review below!

"For this week’s strain review, I picked up an Indica dominant hybrid called Cookie Wreck. It’s a cross between Girl Scout Cookies and Trainwreck. The nugs are dense and yellow green in color, with deep purple undertones. They are covered in compact orange pistils and trichomes. This is one of the most dense strains I’ve come across. Even the smallest nug, grinds up to a surprising large amount.

When I opened the jar, my nose was overcome by a pungent earthy scent. The terpenes I found most present were Humulene and Pinene. After the first hit, my palate was greeted by Humulene’s earthy flavors. As I continued smoking, I began to get a pleasant sweet aftertaste from Pinene.

'After the first hit, my neck and back tension started to release and I felt the good chills emanate through my body.'

Before the session, I was feeling quite anxious. I’m generally, an anxious person and indica dominant hybrids help ground me. So I decided to roll up a J of Cookie Wreck and let Mary Jane do the rest. After the first hit, my neck and back tension started to release and I felt the good chills emanate through my body. It was like the other side of the pillow. As I continued, my mind began to slow and my stresses seemed to melt away. It allowed me to think about what was stressing me out and I realized it was nothing to being anxious over.

Cookie Wreck has quickly become one of my favorite variations of Girl Scout Cookies. It has everything I’m looking for in a strain… relaxation, inspiration, creativity and stress relief. If that’s what you’re looking for in a strain, I highly recommend checking out Cookie Wreck."
